This can be applied every night before bedtime.Soothing Inflamed Skin and Acne I have seen that those with oily and acne prone skin are more worried about skin treatments for them. They are apprehensive about visiting the salon for treatments as there is always a risk of hygiene practices at the salons

General Health Tips
Our beauty is closely related to health of our mind and body. When health is weak, we are stressed or exposed to harmful chemicals and pollutants it reflects on the face.Visit a gynaecologist as soon as you want to be ready to be the bride to be. A simple blood test can let us know about the health from inside.
Diet
Avoid Processed Food: Many nutrients are processed and remain no longer active in processed foods. Inefficient food reduces the flow of energy and brings deficiencies in body making our skin look tired, depleted and dull. Bridal Diet should be more focused on a liquid diet. Keep taking coconut water, fresh juices, plenty of water, fresh salad, fruits, and vegetables.
Too much protein especially the one derived from animal fats, meats, eggs, chicken, and cheese can increase the uric acid in body. This excess protein can surface in the form of warts, moles, and excess body hair.
Reduce Alcohol intake. Alcohol can have dehydrating effect on skin. Consumed excessively it can make skin look dull, dry, irritated and blotchy.
Quit Smoking as Nicotine found in cigarettes is proven to cause aging, wrinkles, and loss of elasticity.
DeStress
Avoid Being Stressed as Emotional stress causes our nerves to produce excess sebum that can clog pores and blood walls leading to psoriasis, eczema or acne.Try a 5 days Detox Plan. The bride no matter what always looks the best and the prettiest. It’s the occasion, and the aura of the bride is unmatchable. By a five days detox I mean body and skin detox. Brides must plan the five days detox before the festivities begin. Do not use makeup in this period. Brides must follow a good skin care regime and home DIY that can make skin glow naturally without going to a parlour and spending a lot of money.
Lastly, listen to your body as it indicates which way to take. Wishing good luck and happiness.
