Return & Refund Policy
At Inatur we are committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns and full refunds subject to the following:
Refunds can be offered on full priced products with in 30 days of purchase. To avail this please contact email@example.com
- Refund is offered only on sealed products in saleable condition.
- All requests for refund must be accompanied by valid receipts.
- Any delivery charges paid will not be refunded.
- No refund can be done for products sold during promotions, offers or as a part of combos or gift sets.
- We cannot be held responsible for damage to a product post delivery.
- It takes at least 2 weeks to process the refund.
- Damages must be reported with in 24 hours of receipt.
- In case of card payment the refund will be made to customer’s card or bank.
- In case of Cash on Delivery, the return will be in form of cheque in the name of the buyer as specified at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of Order.
Requests for cancellation can only be accepted with in 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once a order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Out Of Stock
If the item ordered is out of stock or cannot be delivered in stipulated time, our customer care will contact you with in 48 hours and suggest next best alternative or your preference
