Our team is committed to fulfil each order placed by you, reciprocating to the faith you have in us to serve you the best of healthy snacks and beverages. However, due to the government guidelines on the restrictions of traffic and freight movement due to the national lockdown, the pickups are affected due to the courier companies' operations being affected.
We would like to re-assure each one of our customer that their orders will be delivered in safe and hygienic packaging, but since we are dependent on environmental factors like government regulations and the availability of courier company executives for pickups and deliveries - at this moment in time we are not in a position to guarantee on the delivery time estimates.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation develops with each passing day, all of our lives are being affected in the smallest as well as the biggest ways possible. Families, communities, and businesses are navigating a truly unprecedented global event. In this time of crisis, we know our role is to not only keep serving you in the best way possible, but also to help you adapt to the dynamic reality.
The purpose of this communication is to inform you about the current state of our business practices and how we are navigating through these challenging times. We are adjusting to the precautions and taking specific measures which we want to share with you:
We have been maintaining the best hygienic environment for packing, dispatching all orders - and ensuring from our end that they reach you in the best possible condition.
As of the date of this email, not a single Activ8Me employee has tested positive for COVID-19. We have taken proactive steps to limit social contact by mandating all our employees to work from home. We have also frozen all domestic and international travel for our employees till 31st March, 2020.
We are continuously training and educating our employees on the best practices of personal hygiene, proper method, and frequency of handwashing/sanitizing, as well as what to do in case they have any symptoms related to COVID-19. We have asked our employees to self-quarantine or reach out to a doctor immediately if they have any symptoms.
Our Business Continuity Plan ensures that all our operations will function as normal and we can cater to our customers in an effective and efficient manner. We are also working closely with our courier partners to monitor lockdowns and delivery issues and we are proactively making this information available real-time on the platform for our customers.
We expect all our operations to continue as normal over the coming weeks as we deal with these challenging times. It is a time of uncertainty. I believe all of us must not panic. It is essential that we be at our best selves and responsibly follows the measures required to keep ourselves and our surroundings uncontaminated.
